Holiday Gala 2015 Recap

Our guests enjoyed an evening celebration of the passing year and a start to the upcoming Holidays.

Santa Claus greeted us (Jim Vatalie) and helped collect $200.00 to donate to the Martin Luther King High School Choir. The Choir, directed by Brian Holmes, was superb, offering our guests a grand performance of old and new Holiday songs.

David Zirbel, our magician,  provided lots of amazing illusions and laughs! Seeing David Brown lose his $100.00 bill, only to have David pull it out of a lemon right in front of David’s watchful eyes was crazy! Ending David’s performance was the chop block. Gerard Doherty was the victim, as David showed him how sharp the blade was with a head of cabbage. Gerard was brave to continue with the performance, coming out of it a little sweaty, but laughing at the illusion David created!

Many thanks to Shari Wilbourn and Cyndi Delagardelle of HMC for our wonderful floral arrangements. Many were lucky to have the special tag under their seat to take the arrangements home.

Last but not least is our heartfelt thank you to our sponsors. Their generous sponsorships enables the IE chapter to provide this wonderful event each year.
